SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

As an OSP Engineer I, with proficiency as an OSP CADD Specialist of 19 years, in multiple industry systems, my

duties include interpreting work order narratives to design jobs; and drafting work prints to engineering

specifications from field notes. Laying out job routes requires frequent use of GIS program, such as Google Earth,

municipality resources, and site visits to accurately assess field conditions. RUS codes, which specify tasks and

calculated manpower requirements, are added to work prints; along with the required material codes needed to

complete the job. Accurate encoding is critical to populating cost reports. As-built plans updated as changes in the

work orders are made, and research conducted to create accurate markups. My current position as OSP Engineer I

includes designing fiber to the tower jobs (FTTT), DSL augment jobs (FTTN), GPON, fiber to the prem, Ethernet

and backbone routes. My duties also include Quality Control of work prints, training and filling in as project

manager when needed. I have experience in the design systems of three major telecom companies: AT&T, Verizon

and CenturyLink.
